Travel during OPT
I am currently on F1 OPT and have a job offer through a consultant firm which is a LLC. It is risky to travel to India in such situation , would there be any problem for the stamping in India as the consultancy firm is a LLC?Please advise. Thanks in advance. -

Hi,
Is it necessary that applicant to be in US at the time of approval of OPT. My OPT application is pending, can I visit my home country and come back later with the notice of action and an offer letter in hand??
