I'm about to send in my green card application package. Since I’m allowed to send in all my forms concurrently and in one envelope I need help me with the proper order of submission?

Applying for AP as well passport (indian) renewal.
Is it recommended to apply for AP after getting new passport or can be applied simultaneously?
