I-485 Rejected(Outdate form). Do I need to get a new I-693 for re-submission of I-485

I got I-485, I-765 and I-130 rejection based on outdated version of I-485 form used. All of the forms and other documents have a long number (probably time stamp) at the base of the documents. The sealed I-693 form is returned back opened. It does not have the long number at the base of the documents....
