I have to renew my h1b after Sept 2015. The current H1B visa stamped on my passport is from my previous employer. This Visa & i-94 expires in Sept 2015. I have the new i-797 & h1b petition approved...

L1B - extension - stamping outside USA
Initially i was on L1B visa which was valid till Jan-2013.
However for same project,client and employer i got intra company transfer to UK from Jan-2013 itself.
Before leaving USA i had applied for L1-B visa extension, for which i got approval in Mar-2013.. L1B visa got extended till Jan-2015... -
H-1b Visa stamping outside home-country
Hi Guys,
My last H-1b visa is already expired in passport and I got the extension approval but I do not have my passport stamped with my new H-1b dates. I was planning to get stamping done, for extension (New H-1b), in December '11, during my India visit(Home-country). But now I am getting...Last edited by sasas; 03-10-2011, 02:22 PM.
