Entered on a tourist visa (but was already married) - what's my application type?
I was married to my husband in October of last year in the UK. He is an American citizen and came back to the US. I entered the US as a visitor last month and am now filing for adjustment of status so I can stay.
I'm not sure whether to tick option a) or option h) other basis of eligibility...
