Hi, I'm in a h1 b since last October 2014 and I'm planning to change to h4 status as I couldn't find any job till now . .And i only have nov 14 and May 15 paystubs. And is it ok to go to visa stamping without recent pay stubs as its might be out of status if we don't have the paychecks -
YTD numbers issue in paystubs
Hello All,
I have two paystubs from Jan 2015 and Feb 2015.
Problem is, Feb pay stubs has low YTD as it was generated before Jan pay stub (YTD figures). Feb Pay stub was created on 03.03.2015 and Jan paystub was created on 03.13.2015.
Will this create a problem... -
H1B first time filing. Are paystubs from March needed?

This is my first time filing for H1B application. I was told by my attorney that the paystubs I sent him for January and early February is enough as a supporting material.
