If someone is out there knowledgeable on how their system works, Please enlighten me.

I saw July 2019's Visa bulletin and it's current across the board for F2A. this is definitely good news for everyone whose I-130 is already approved and waiting on visa.

I am a US citizen and my wife is a Germen citizen . She is currently in the US with me on a B1/B2 visitor visa. She came here in March 2014 and we got married at court house. I went to Germany in June and we got married(religious ceremony) in June over there and then she came back with me. We were undecided...
