PERM DENIED !! Attorney Error ! Need Help !

Hi Guys,

My Labor was filed in Oct 2014. My employer got a notice in April 2015 saying my PERM got denied. Reason was, in the online application filled by the Attorney, the PERM expiration date was selected wrong from the dropdown menu(instead of March 2015,he selected March 2016)....
