I applied for f1 visa for phd , it is going through administrative processing probably due to tal, how long does it take to processed?

How to help foreign girlfriend get a B-2 tourist visa? I am a J-1 PhD Student

I am a foreign PhD student at Wharton and would like to help my girlfriend getting a B-2 visa in order for her to visit me a couple of weeks.

I was thinking of an invitation letter and/or a I-134.

She is 23 so she really can't prove she has a lot of connections to her...

I graduated from a phd program 2 years ago and started working on an h1b visa that the company sponsored. My phd advisor from the university and I have been trying to publish 2 publications from my previous work at the university. I work on this on my spare time ie weekends and evening.
