H1B visa stamping in Paris - NO PIMS

Hi guys,

I went to Paris for an H1B visa stamping (got already I797 approval from USCIS). During my interview on Dec. 18th, the VO told me that my visa was approved pending PIMS verification. It was even written on my DS160 confirmation by the first agent I went to see during my interview...

Got Blue Slip with only one item checked for PIMS update.VO orally confirmed visa will be issued after PIMS

Interview Date : June 28
PIMS updated (DOS confirmed) : July 09

VFS says case still pending with Chennai Consulate also...

My wife attended the H4 Visa Interview 5th January. The VO asked couple of questions:

VO: What is the name of the Company your husband working for?
Wife: XYZ company

VO: can you show the paystubs?
Wife: showed recent paystubs.

VO: We are not...
