My second time applying for J1 VISA. I have been eligible for Dropbox and my sister dropped the docs in Hyderabad VISA center on May 14th.
VISA status updated to administrative processing and my passport was returned to me on May 20th asking to attend for interview. Attended the interview today...

Hi everyone,
I submitted my docs for drop box on Jan 17th. I was called for an interview. I was given pink slip during the interview. The VO kept my passport and did not ask me to submit anything.
Anyone else in similar situation? Any idea how long it may take?

Attended VISA Interview along with my Wife and 2 Sons on Thursday. Interview went on well and in the end he asked me to give one page profile. Since I was not having that, I told I don't have it.
