My I-140 petition was filed in EB3 - India category and priority date is March 2010.
Based on the current movement, can I expect my date to become current in 2022 approximately which is 12 years wait time? Thankyou for your help. -

I have more than 10 yrs experience in my current company. I don't have masters degree or 5 yrs exp outside my current company. My company field my GC on EB3. I got promoted recently to a manager role. Is there a chance that i can file a GC on EB2 and use my old priority date?
