Priority date doesn't match sister's

My father completed an I 130 form wirh my sister and myself, both over 21 unmarried, as beneficiaries. Our 797C approval forms listed different priority dates for us, years apart. Does anyone know why this might have happened or what we should do about it? Will they change a priority date?

I have a pending F2b petition, however my dad got naturalized so it automatically change from F2b to F1. My priority date is April 2002, but as of November 2010, they are already serving Sept 2002 priority dates.

Can I still choose to retain to F2b even if the priority...
