Can b1 Visa get rejected due to Corona virus scare?

Hi,

My B1 visa was rejected in 2017 and i'm not quite sure why it had happened. It could possibly be as i was single at the time and only traveled to Thailand and Dubai.

Since then i got married last year in December and traveled to France and Switzerland for my honeymoon....

My L1B Blanket application was rejected in London on 31st Jan. However I re-applied with the same and it was approved yesterday (3 weeks after the original rejection) in Belfast.
