My dad, mom, sister and father-in-law had gone for B2 visa interview and their visa had been refused. The reason was mentioned as that they don't have strong ties with the home country but the VO didn't even ask for any of the documents to look at it.

I had my H1B visa interview on Oct 19th in Chennai consulate. Got 221(g) green slip.
Submitted my documents along with passport on Nov 8th.
Got a mail from consulate today(Dec 14th) asking me to appear for the interview again. What might be the reason...
