How much should we wait before applying for a Visitor visa (B2)
Hello,
My mother-in-law got only 1 year of US visitor(B2) visa which will expire on October 1st, 2012.
She came to US in mid October 2011, but for family emergency she stayed here ~3+ months and returned to India on Feb 8th 2012.
My question is how long she must stay in India...Last edited by kuntalm; 02-07-2012, 03:07 PM.
