First time IN June 2008 I got my L1-B approved and travelled to USA. Then after 3 years in May 2011 my VISA expired and by that time I filed extension, which resulted in RFE. So we decided to withdraw the same and reapply L1-B blanket returning back to india in Oct 2011. ...
