H1B outside US days reclaiming

Hi All,

My visa is expiring Mar,2020. I have spent out 180 days outside US during my 6 years tenure. Can i reclaim this 180 days by filing extension without having PERM filed or i140 filed/approved?

I have an L1A visa and extended twice so far.3+2+2. But in my initial 3 years period, I was not in USA for 18 months. Once I complete the 7 Years period, can I reclaim this unused 18 months period?

I have one more year before my H1b visa expires. I am planning on quitting my job soon and going back to India. In case I want to come back to the USA to work, is it possible for me to reclaim the one year I have left on my H1b? Please let me know.
