I am a US Citizen and my wife has got Immigration visa CR1 that is expiring on 4 months i.e. Aug 01 2018. My 1 year old daughter's case is still in initial phase in NVC. So most probably my wife will have to come to USA alone leaving my daughter with my parents.

Hello Team,
My parents have green card but they left to India in 2009 and did not enter US since then. Now, they want to come back. Do we need to invite them on visit visa or can they use their green card? they did not file any extentions while staying of country all these years.Last edited by farooqi; 04-02-2018, 05:17 PM.
