My asylum case have gotten to the court and judge decided i need to leave USA, i opted for voluntary departure. So do i just pack and go at my own will and expense within timeframe given and no 10 year ban applies to me when i return to home country? IR5 Visa - Applicability of I-212 form (permission to reapply to enter the US)

I applied for a IR5 visa for my dad in July 2014. I recently submitted the required I864 and supporting documentation. Also paid the IV fee in order for the site to allow us to complete the I-260 form.
