My Friend is here in USA for some mid size Indian IT company for 10+ Years and applied for GC in 2012. Before Sept 11 he applied for Extension and got RFE. They are asking for some 13+ Documents on org chart etc etc. He has to respond by Nov. In case the RFE response is not positive is there any backup...
