My friend has received RFE status last month, and he has been asked to submit SOW.
He has a T&M SOW valid for an year.
Does T&M ( time & material project ) align with H1b clauses ? Or its just...

My H1B visa was selected in the lottery but my employer did not reply to the RFE before the deadline and also does not want to continue with the visa application. 1) Can I get it transferred to another employer? 2) Do i need to go through the lottery again? please help! -

Can apply for second stamping w/B if first stamping is w/ RFE/221g w/ A?
If get RFE/221G and wont able to provide requested document then
1) will they put on passport or somewhere else that you cannot go for next stamping untill you clear first OR

RFE docs not send on time
Hi, I have a small question, my I94 is in process of extension and it is in RFE status. Now if I am unable to send the documents asked by USCIS by last day, will my whole case be cancelled or I can have any option to send those docs later and chance to get petition approved.
