had filed my i140 (EB1A) under PP and got an RFE on 2nd of Sept. Subsequently, attorney download the RFE on 17th September and sent to me.
Post which he has become completely unresponsive. Have sent multiple emails !
due date is 29th Nov to respond to RFE....

I 140 pending and L1A expiring. What to do?

I filed for I 140 from a EB1C on March 2019.
Answered RFE on March 2020 and after 177 days still no answer.
My L1A expires on 21st October and USCIS said that will be replying my case until November 14th.
I’m on a dilemma between doing AOS... -

6 months back,My employer responded to I-140 RFE and it is still pending.
6 months back,My employer responded to my I-140 RFE and the status still shows "received". I heard that it takes max 2 to 3 months for approval after responding to RFE. But in my case it is been 6 months and no status yet.
Can you pls advise if it is normal?did anyone experienced this?... -
