Second time visitors to US with different sponsor

Hi
My parents are having 10year multiple visit tourist visa. They visited US Sep'12 and return to india on end of Jan'13.They are planning to come back to US. The visa sponsor is my brother and this time they are coming to meet me.Please tell me is there any issue in visiting US for second time...

Parents second visit to US, Question regarding Sponsor

My parents have a Multiple entry Visitor Visa (B2) for 10 years (Issued in 2007).
I was on L1 Visa at that time and sponsored them. They visited in 2007 and were in US for around 3 months.

Now I'm on H4 (dependent) Visa. Can my parents still enter US on their visitor visa? ...
