I have an offer from US based MNC who has sponsored me H1b and I have got my visa approved too . Here is my concern :
Should I be with same company as they have got a agreement signed with me (PFA) or Can I go ahead and find another company in US ?

I am looking for some guidance. Please help. My IR5 parent visa case was completed at NVC on July 23 2015. I am the sponsor but now we want to change the sponsor to my husband. Both of us are US citizens .
Can we submit the completed I864 to show him as the sponsor during the counslar... -

Parents second visit to US, Question regarding Sponsor
My parents have a Multiple entry Visitor Visa (B2) for 10 years (Issued in 2007).
I was on L1 Visa at that time and sponsored them. They visited in 2007 and were in US for around 3 months.
Now I'm on H4 (dependent) Visa. Can my parents still enter US on their visitor visa? ... -
