If my passport has minor spelling mistake of spouse name effects her H4 approval ?

Recently I got passport, but unfortunately I have seen that there is a minor spelling mistake in my Spouse name (An extra 'h' letter).
I even tried reaching passport regional office, they told I have to reaply for passport since the mistake is from my side. But I can not...
