DS-160 issue - Sign and Submit button greyed out

Hello everyone!

I'm applying for a US J1 visa and I have an issue filling out the DS 160.
I did not upload any photo, because I got a message like "An error occurred while processing your photo. Please try again later." So I'll just carry a photo with me at the embassy....
