Patriot America or Tata AIG (india) insurance?

How is Patriot America insurance (comprehensive plan) as compared to Atlas America? Has anybody used it and have a review about it?
I was also wondering if anybody has used Tata AIG insurance from India - how was the experience and what did they cover?

Hi,
My mother is in US with us since last 3 months and when we checked her blood pressure, we came to know that it is very high. She has Tata AIG travel insurance, does they cover any doctor visits regarding this problem. I am thinking that they may say it is preexisting illness.
