L1A rejection rates from companies like Infy, TCS, congnizant, HCL

Hi,

I have been told by company that rejection rates are very high fro L1 Visas. So as a Company whole they are not applying for the VISA. They are onhold.

Can some one from the above mentioned company comment on the validity?
