I-130 "Estimated time until case decision..."?

I'm a US citizen and filed an I-130 to petition my adult sister for a Green Card just yesterday. Today, the tracker on my CIS account said "estimated time until case decision: 2 months". What exactly does that mean? I know the wait is over 10 years but does it mean that they will look over...

So now (10/26/2018) my status shows 'card is mailed to me' BUT no tracking number? I'm worried as I can't stay in the whole time but obviously don't want to miss it? As my status changed on Friday I'm hoping I'll get tracking tomorrow then be able to follow it along and get it this week.
