Hi All,
I have my EAD and AP expiring Nov 11,2015. And I have to travel to India from Oct 16th - Nov 9th. I will be returning 2 days before my AP expires. We have applied for EAD/AP extension on July 20th, 2015.
But today I read on a thread that for any reason like flight delay...
3 results in 0.0020 seconds.

Sorry if this is re-post. I did search lot of forums before posting this question but could not find exact answer.
Here is my situation.
H1 - Approved petition till Aug-2013 (got 3 yrs extension due to approved 140 in 2010)
I-485 - Filed, priority date May-2008... -
H1,I94 expired travel out of US
My H1 is expired and applied for H1 Extension well before, no receipt received yet. My company if following it up with USCIS.
Can i travel out of US with expired I94 and expired H1 Visa. Is there going to be a problem at the airport while leaving ?
Please let me know....
