I am a student pursuing my masters in US.
My school has a two semester system and the tuition fees mentioned in my i-20 is approx. $15.5k for 9 months out of 12, i.e. for 2 semesters.

My son is a green card holder and going to out of state university this coming fall. If he change address from Florida to Alabama address with immigration, is he eligible to get in state tuition for his 2nd year of school? We are trying to avoid out of state tuition.
