Starting Tutoring LLC business

I am on H1B working as full time employee. I would like to start my own tutoring company with myself and my wife. Is is possible to do that and if possible can I accept the payments as checks to my business bank account? Can I run my own business like that?

Do I have chance of getting Green Card?

Hi,
I would like to ask if you think I have a chance to get a green card to settle in California when I finish university (I am Czech now living in UK). I am not 100% sure what I will be doing, but it'll either be starting a tutoring business or starting a small private boarding school for kids...
