However on my passport the name is spelled as
Cristina Luiza Pinheiro Berto.
On the Ds-160 I should fill with the correct surname....

urgent! - b2 extension I-539 name typo error
I just applied B2 extension via e-file for my mom. But after certified the form (form submitted on line), I found the generated PDF file of Application Form shows wrong applicant name information.
