H4 approved, but visa stamp given was H1B and traveled to US with wrong stamp

I traveled to India recently and had a dropbox H4 appointment. Received my visa stamp incorrectly as H1B on my passport, I did not catch this error in India. Traveled to the US, entered the US and now my I-94 reflects H1B

I was trying to renew my H4 EAD, and thats when I caught this mistake....
