Urgent L1 VISA Help

I have 7+ year of experience in IT field but I am not graduate I did HSC (10+2) only and working with my company since 2 years...I just wanted to know...since I'm not a graduate will there be any problem for my employer to file an L1 petition for me ? Please help me with this...Thanks in advance.
