H1B Visa Stamping in Canada

Hello Folks.

I am having Indian Passport with H1b visa expired in Sep'15 on passport . I got the new petition approved and I have valid I-7-97 Until 2018.

Now I have plan to travel Canada for personal reason on tourist Canada visa. I have following questions in order...

Hi,
I am filling DS 160 for US stamping in Canada. At end of the application when i tried to upload the photo, i get this error message "ComputeOverall failed with error code: License Error, license eithe incorrect or expired".
Has anyone encounter this error before?
