Going for Masters in USA, Will the H1B Records reflect the student Visa Officer?

I am a working Professional, Wanted to go masters in USA. But Same year, A Employer has filed my details for H1B, but it wasn’t picked in lottery.
Ques: During the F1 Visa interview, will the Visa officer know anything about employer filing a H1B for me?
