My green card application never be picked up from Chicago PO box more than 2 weeks

Hi,

I submit my green card application by USPS. It arrived at PO CHICAGO on February 4, 2019 at 5:55 am and show In-Transit status until now. It been there for 18 days. I called USPS Chicago but no one pick up. What should I do?

So now (10/26/2018) my status shows 'card is mailed to me' BUT no tracking number? I'm worried as I can't stay in the whole time but obviously don't want to miss it? As my status changed on Friday I'm hoping I'll get tracking tomorrow then be able to follow it along and get it this week.

My EAD got approved on 7th of April, 2018 with a expiration date of 19th Feb, 2019 (10 months OPT for an MBA degree, Alas!).

I have sent my wife L2 EAD application through FedEx . I saw here that everybody sending application through USPS.

So want to know if anybody used FedEx of EAD Application ? Will there be any issue for not using USPS?
