I am an employee still on OPT EAD , but applied for H1-B visa FY2015. My H1-B application was picked up from the lottery. And my OPT EAD is valid till OCT 2014. I am planning for a trip to Switzerland, should I be able to do that with out any worries during my re-entry.. ? ...
