Hi All,

I'm in a process of sponsoring B2 ( Visitor) VISA for my parents. My VISA had expired an year ago however my i94 is still valid for another 18 months.

I would like to know if their interview and visit is dependent on my VISA status. Can they visit US while my L1B...

My L1B got expire last year and I am in India since then but my petition shows ‘Valid Indefinitely’. As far as I know I cannot file for extension after coming back to India (returned I94) but can I file for new L1B on the same petition as petition is still valid? I have heard...
