I got my H1B stamped recently through employer A. I am still in India and will not be travelling soon.
My employer is insisting on keeping the original petition (with I797 form) copy with them. As far as I know, petition is your personal document and needs to be with you....

Chance of getting an B1/B2 visa
I have a valid US B1/B2 visa which will expire in April. I am planning to re-apply now. I am 20yr old.
IS there any advantage of applying for the visa when ur existing visa is valid??..or the United States avoids giving visas to the people of my age these days??....pls do let me know!!
