I am going start working for employer B September 2017 first week. I have international travel plans mid September.
I have a valid visa & I-94 which expires in 2019. I was told by lawyers that I can travel since I will have my H1B transfer receipt and my visa & I-94...

Re-Entry to USA on Valid E3 Visa if new visa application is in Administrative process

Hi All

Can someone suggest me whether I can entry into USA on current valid E3 visa(Valid till 2018 Sep) if my new E3 visa application is in Administrative Processing.

I am Having my Passport with me and a valid Visa stamp in it.

Please suggest me on this...
