Visa Transfer posibility

Hi Friends,

I am from Indian and my H1B Visa application got picked up through Lottery , last year (2016). And now Visa got stamped and is valid upto October,2017.
Unfortunately , the project has been delayed and now , there is no more opening for US in my company, who applied...

My Visa and I94 expired on 5/31/2016 and I had my extension approved on 6/21/2016. My extended petition has an I94 slip at the bottom which says valid from 6/1/2016 till 5/31/2017.

If I need an H1 transfer filed to my new company, is it better for me to have a stamped visa on my passport...

I used to work for company A (H1B) and switched to Company B. My new work permit for company B is valid till Feb 2017.I did not get my visa stamped when I changed my employer/company (My company "A" visa expired on October 2014) . I am now out side of United states...
