I work for a large corporate that filed my PERM on time in early November 2015 with my visa expiry (all 6 years will be completed) by end of November 2016. I am expecting my I-140 to be submitted during April/May 2016, but now my large corporate is SELLING the division I am working in.

F1 to H1, and F1 visa about to expire

I came to US on F1 visa in 2009, and got my H1B visa approved last year. My F1 visa is set to expire in 2 months, but my H1B approval notice came with a new I-94 that will be valid until Sep 2016.
My question is, do I need to get my Visa restamped, or leave US for any other... -

HELP - H4 expiring soon; husband has no H1 extension but can use his EAD
I need some immediate help.
My husband is on H1 but he can't get his employer to file for an extension. He does however have an EAD that he can use but he hasn't used it yet.
He never filed my application for green card because his application is still not current yet....
