US born child returning from India to USA

Hi,

My child is US born and holds US passport. He went to India on tourist visa and will come back to US next month.

It would be less than 180 days of stay in India for my child.

Please let me know me know if he needs any kind of documentation/process/visa...

Which visa for child born in US to Indian parents

We had a baby in US and now we want to go return back to India. Might be a few years before we come again on work. Which visa should I take for him? "Entry visa" seems to be the one but would like to confirm.

And don't I need to send copy of my passport with the visa application?...
