My mom came to US for the first time in 2012 and stayed for 5 months, we went back to China together and return back to America after two months. When we were at the airport, she got no EOS/COS/AOS on her I-94 because they were asking why she came back again since her visa will expire in one month....

Hi there,

I work for a company based in Hyderabad, which has its parent company is US, FL. MY B1 Visa got rejected in August 2012, visa counselor asked for a detailed business visit, which my Company nor the firm they hired for documentations didn't mention any.
