I am right now in my last semester for masters at US University. I lost my passport around early this year and I got the new one around a week back. But obviously it doesn't have i94 and visas in it. I am not sure if I should apply for new i 94 as i could see my i94 online.... -

Multiple Visas on Passport

I am currently on L1 and need to move to H1. I did not get i-94 with my H1 approval. This requires me to exit the country and get new Visa stamping done.
1. Can i do this in Canada ?
2. Can i get my H1 stamping done and return on L1 ? I know this would require...
