Visitor visa rejected twice!! Need help!! :(

Hi,

Here is what happened...

I am US for past 2.5 yrs and i wanted my parents and sis(who is doing her 9th) to vist US for a month or so.
all 3 applied for visitor visa on march 2011,i sponsered and showed all possible documents, all 3 visas rejected.
