LCA and deputation letter salary mismatch for H1B

I am travelling to the US on H1B. My LCA mentions 60000 as yearly wage and my organization's deputation letter says my salary would be 56600 and in addition to that I shall get a cost of living expenses allowance of 4000 per year. Shouldn't my salary component alone be atleast 60000? Or is it only necessary...
